bc999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bc999 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any feature of the bc999 platform at bc999.bar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bc999 platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device used to access bc999, including mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers. Using bc999 on a mobile browser in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet or anywhere else in Bangladesh constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and use a bc999 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold one bc999 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same mobile number, same identity documents, same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bc999 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bc999 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to:

bc999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time bc999 deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the time period specified by bc999 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Deposits

bc999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bc999 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be requested after completed KYC verification and after any applicable wagering requirements attached to a claimed bonus have been met in full.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bc999 platform:

• All bets placed on bc999 are final once confirmed. bc999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault or error affecting a game outcome, bc999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. bc999's decision in such cases is final.
• bc999 uses only certified game content from regulated providers. All slot, live casino and crash game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. bc999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, exploits or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the bc999 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• The player is under the age of 21 or has allowed a person under the age of 21 to access their bc999 account.
• The player has attempted to defraud bc999 or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or bonus abuse.
• The player has used automated tools, bots or scripts in breach of these Terms, or has colluded with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bc999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard processing checks.

All content on the bc999 platform, including but not limited to the bc999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and all other materials displayed on or accessible through bc999.bar, is the intellectual property of bc999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bc999 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any bc999 content without the prior written consent of bc999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bc999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bc999 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if bc999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bc999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and circumstances beyond bc999's control (including network outages affecting bKash, Nagad or Rocket services) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bc999 accepts no liability for losses you incur as a direct result of platform downtime.

bc999 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bc999.bar/privacy-policy. By using the bc999 platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.

bc999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bc999 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bc999 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
